What happens after you submit
When you submit a profile request, our calibration team receives your requirements as a new batch entry. Within two business days, a senior engineer reviews your input, identifies the appropriate service profile and prepares an initial response outlining the recommended calibration method, estimated timeline and expected consistent outputs.
If your requirements align with our service capabilities, we schedule an initial calibration consultation — either at our London office or via video conference. During this session, we sort your requirements in detail, define the development scope and agree on output standards before any work begins.
For urgent infrastructure or security requirements, mention your timeline in the message field. We prioritise batches with operational deadlines and can often begin initial assessment within one business day.
